Return Policy :
Items can be shipped back within 10 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping costs involved. The customer must call our office first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the item must be received in the same new, unused condition it was shipped in. Any items being shipped back without an RMA number or not in new condition may be sent back to you at your own expense. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs or damages incurred in shipping the item back. You may call us at 1-800-792-7872 M-F 10-5PM EST to get an RMA number.
